In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, newjl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card) and may include proof of address and source of funds documentation for higher-value transactions.
newjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, newjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
newjl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their newjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
newjl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. newjl will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
